Positive: Everything you could wish for in the Boat Shed. Stunning accommodation and hosts. The attention to detail is second to none, we have stayed in many types of hotels and airbnb's around the world and we both agree the Boat Shed is top of the tree. Jen and Raymond are marvellous hosts and so helpful right down to recommendations for best local restaurants and cafes. We will definitely return next time in the Auckland region.

Positive: Good location, beautiful decor, beautiful bedding & towels, very clean accommodation, beautiful bathroom & very tranquil setting. Wonderful welcome pack of teas, coffee, water, chocolate & Prosecco. Hosts were very welcoming.
Negative: Received a message the day before that the electric & water would be off all day from 8am until 5pm on the Wednesday. As a result our accommodation was out of use for the whole day including the toilet, shower & refreshment. We were not offered any refund for the day we couldn’t use the facilities.
Summary: Very relaxing after a very busy few weeks of travelling.

Positive: Location is great. One minute walk to the beach. Very private and comfy bed. Bathroom is excellent. All toiletries were available. Wifi pretty good. TV worked with Google Chrome. Wonderful hosts.
Negative: A small sink in the lounge and a toaster would be helpful.
